Schools in Azerbaijan May Change Class Start Times

The start time of classes can be changed by agreement between the school administration and students' parents.

As reported by Baku.ws, this was announced by the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev during a briefing held on February 6. According to him, the ministry does not create any obstacles in this matter.

"Especially in rural schools, parents may wish for classes to start not at 8:00, but at 8:30 or 9:00. We have no objections to this," emphasized Emin Amrullayev.
