Azerbaijan increases defense and security spending

In 2027, defense and security expenditures in Azerbaijan are planned at 8 billion 816.4 million manats.

This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

According to the information, this is 1.1% more compared to the approved forecast for 2026.

It should be recalled that next year budget revenues are expected at 39 billion 234 million manats, and expenditures at 42 billion 400 million manats.
