The 5th meeting of the Security Council Secretaries of the OTS is taking place in Baku

The 5th meeting of the Security Council Secretaries of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has begun at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, the event is being chaired by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Ramil Usubov.

Ramil Usubov conveyed the address of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the meeting.
