New details of the high-profile corruption case in the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan

American technology corporation Apple is preparing one of the most extensive software updates for its main products - iPhone, iPad and Mac.

This was reported by Bloomberg agency, citing sources.

According to the information, the update provides for a "radical change" in the interface of gadgets, including the style of icons and application windows, as well as menus. In particular, the company is working on simplifying the way users navigate and control devices. The new interface design will be based on the Vision Pro virtual reality system software.

As Bloomberg writes, the corporation is betting that the update will "stimulate demand" for gadgets amid falling iPhone sales volumes.

The developments have received the code names "Luck" and "Cheer," and the interface changes will appear in iOS 19, iPadOS 19, and macOS 16 software updates.

According to sources' estimates, the upcoming changes will be the most significant since the release of the Big Sur update in 2020 for Mac, and for iPhone, the update will be the largest since 2013, when iOS 7 was released.

The new software versions are expected to be presented at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference in June. At the same time, work on changes to operating systems may signal the company's departure from active development of artificial intelligence projects.
