Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund Appointed

By order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Zyak Agil oglu Mirzoyev has been appointed as the chairman of the board of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) under the ministry.

This is reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan.

Since 2005, Z. Mirzoyev has held positions of chief advisor, head of sector, and deputy director at the Ministry of Finance. In 2018, he moved to the SSPF, where he was appointed head of department. Since 2020, he has been the deputy chairman of the fund's board.

Recall that the former chairman of the SSPF board, Himalay Mamishov, was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance by the corresponding presidential decree.
