A dedicated bus lane has appeared on another street in Baku

A special lane for public transport has been allocated on Pushkin Street in the center of Baku.
This was reported by the Land Transport Agency of Azerbaijan (AYNA).
According to the information, the special lane has been allocated to regulate traffic flow and increase the efficiency of public transport. Road markings have already been applied and appropriate road signs have been installed on this section of the road.
The agency also noted that the total number of traffic lanes remains unchanged.
Currently, 10 bus routes operate on this street. Thanks to the changes, travel time for passengers has been reduced: the speed of buses during peak hours has increased from 3 km/h to 10 km/h.
