Distinguishing itself by consistent support for inclusivity, "Nar" celebrates December 3 - the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Paying special attention to this day, the company continues its mission to promote diversity, equality, and inclusivity in society. In 2025, "Nar" implemented about 10 inclusive social projects, reaching more than 500 people.

As part of these initiatives, participants took part in various trainings, social activities, as well as artistic and intellectual programs. In addition, the company contributed to the creation of the country's first sign language mobile application and organized the first intellectual game format for people with speech impairments. These initiatives became an important step towards more sincere communication between vulnerable and non-vulnerable groups and raising awareness about inclusivity in society.

In continuation of these activities, "Nar" also supported the preparation of another educational video dedicated to December 3 - the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Created in collaboration with the social enterprise DanceAbility Azerbaijan, the video demonstrates correct behavioral models towards people with disabilities in everyday life and reveals common mistakes that are often made unintentionally. The video emphasizes the importance of preventing such situations and draws attention to the need to ensure equal opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in public life.

Currently, the operator "Nar" serves 2.2 million subscribers and has been the leader among Azerbaijan's mobile operators in the Customer Loyalty Index for six consecutive years.
