To conclude a peace agreement on Ukraine, each side will have to make concessions, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated on NBC News, reports Gazeta.ru
He added that this is precisely why Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is flying to Washington on August 18.
The diplomat mentioned that the Russian side, unlike the US and Ukraine, advocates for a full-fledged peace agreement without a ceasefire as an intermediate step.
