Today the entire Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur represent a construction site.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to AZERTAJ, this was said by President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with residents of Khorovlu village in Jabrayil district.
"In Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, more than 50 thousand people already live, work and study. About 20 thousand of them are former internally displaced persons who have returned to their native lands, to their homeland. And the rest are citizens engaged in various works," noted the head of state.
