Military personnel of Kazakhstan familiarized themselves with the application of NATO standards in the Azerbaijani army

Representatives of the Ministries of Defense of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan held a meeting in Baku in accordance with the bilateral military cooperation plan for 2025.

This was reported to BAKU.WS by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

At the meeting in the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense, the Kazakh guests were briefed on the Operational Capabilities Concept (OCC) program in the Azerbaijani army, reforms in the military education system, and the implementation of planning, programming, and budgeting systems within the framework of defense planning.

The guests familiarized themselves with the application of NATO standards in the Azerbaijani army in the OCC battalion and were provided information about OCC units. The guests also got acquainted with weapons and equipment.
