"Your Majesty,
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I am pleased to cordially congratulate You and, in Your person, Your entire people on the national holiday of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland — Your Birthday — and to extend my best wishes.
At present, our interstate relations, based on friendship, mutual respect and trust, as well as effective cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment, energy spheres, including in the field of renewable energy, and other areas, continue to develop dynamically and steadily. By utilizing the great potential of our interaction, we can further enrich the bilateral agenda between Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom.
I am confident that we will continue to successfully pursue joint efforts aimed at further strengthening the traditionally friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries, for the benefit of both peoples.
Your Majesty, on this momentous day, I once again extend my congratulations to You, wishing You good health, long life, happiness, success in Your highest endeavors, and to the friendly people of the United Kingdom — lasting well-being and prosperity."
