Azerbaijan has always been next to Turkey, and Turkey has always been next to Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijan Quarter in the Turkish city of Kahramanmaraş.

"My participation today with my dear brother in the opening of the Azerbaijan Quarter once again testifies to our unity and friendship," the head of state noted.
