ICRC Representation to cease operations in Azerbaijan in early September

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) representation will cease its activities in Azerbaijan in early September.

This was announced by the head of the ICRC representation in Azerbaijan, Dragana Koich, during a meeting with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

She expressed satisfaction with the cooperation and support provided to the ICRC by the government of Azerbaijan over the years of work. Koich also emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation with the ICRC through the headquarters in Geneva.
