Hikmet Hajiyev: From now on, Central Asia is represented by six countries

Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev shared a publication regarding the accession of Azerbaijan to the format of Consultative Meetings of the Heads of Central Asian (CA) States as a full participant.

As BAKU.WS reports, the post states:

"By decision of the CA heads of state, Azerbaijan has been accepted as a full member. Our brotherly ties and historical heritage are becoming a political/geopolitical and geoeconomic unity. From now on, Central Asia is represented by six countries."

The publication also includes a photograph of the official decision, confirmed by the signatures of five leaders.
