Determined validity period for certificates issued to mediators

As part of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 184-VIIQD dated April 22, 2025 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Mediation", a number of Cabinet of Ministers' resolutions have been amended.

The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

According to the document, the validity period of the certificate issued to persons who have completed training under the initial mediator training program has been set at five years.
