Azerbaijan and Armenia will establish diplomatic relations

Baku and Yerevan will establish diplomatic relations.

This is stated in the text of the initialed peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"The Parties, after the exchange of ratification instruments to this Agreement, will establish diplomatic relations between themselves in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Conventions on Diplomatic and Consular Relations (1961 and 1963)," - noted in Article V of the document text.
