Registered participants of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), which will be held in Baku on May 17-22, 2026, will begin receiving accreditation cards at the Accreditation and Registration Center starting May 14.

This was reported to BAKU.WS by the WUF13 Azerbaijan Operating Company.

It is noted that the center, located on the premises of the Baku Olympic Stadium - the venue of the event, will ensure centralized and efficient implementation of registration, accreditation, and information processes for WUF13 participants.

The center will operate from 09:00 to 18:00 on May 14-16, from 07:00 to 18:00 on May 17-21, and from 07:00 to 15:00 on May 22.

WUF13 participants, official representatives, and guests will be able to register and receive accreditation cards by visiting the Accreditation and Registration Center between May 14 and 22, 2026.

Individuals who have completed online registration will need to present their unique registration number sent to their email, as well as a valid identity document used during registration, in order to receive a WUF13 accreditation card. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan must present an identity card, while foreign citizens must present a valid passport.

In addition, on-site registration will be available during the event days.

In order to ensure a more convenient and efficient registration process, participants are encouraged to complete online registration in advance, which is carried out through the Global Events Management System (GEMS) provided by UN-Habitat - https://events.unhabitat.org. The deadline for online registration is May 15, 18:00.
