SOCAR and Chinese company BGP discussed expanding cooperation

On April 22, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovshan Najaf met with Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Chinese company BGP Inc. Ren Wencong.
This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR.
At the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the cooperation that has developed between the companies over recent years. The leading role of the joint venture between SOCAR and BGP Inc. — the company Caspian Geo — in conducting seismic surveys in the Caspian region using advanced technologies was particularly emphasized.
The parties exchanged views on the implementation of ongoing projects, improving operational efficiency, and opportunities for further expansion of cooperation.
