Natalya Trubnikova found dead
Soviet ballerina and actress Natalya Trubnikova has died in Moscow at the age of 71.
This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.
She was found by a neighbor in her apartment in the Tverskoy district of the capital.
According to the channel, the two women had spoken that morning, but in the evening Trubnikova stopped answering calls. The neighbor came to the artist's home and found her with no signs of life — Trubnikova had died while sitting on the sofa. The channel adds that the actress suffered from Parkinson's disease.
Trubnikova gained fame for her role as Princess Melisenta in the musical fairy tale "The 31st of June." She also appeared in the films "The Formula of Love" and "The Twelve Chairs," and performed on the theatrical stage at the Moscow Academic Musical Theatre of K.S. Stanislavsky and V.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko (MAMT).
