Who cannot drive in Russia from September 1?

From September 1, an updated list of medical conditions that prohibit driving comes into force in Russia. The document is published on the official website for legal acts.
In April, the government approved a new list of medical indications, contraindications, and restrictions for driving.
The updated list includes psychological development disorders, including autism, Rett syndrome, and Asperger syndrome. Also added to the list are visual disorders - partial color blindness and distorted perception of red and green colors.
The complete list of medical contraindications consists of 11 items.
In June, lawyer Turgunboy Zokirov stated that the presence of depression in a driver could become grounds for revoking a driver's license. According to him, only drivers diagnosed with "Depressive Episode" and "Recurrent Depressive Disorder" can have their licenses revoked. Additionally, many antidepressants can affect the nervous system, so it is dangerous to drive while taking such medications, Zokirov warned.
