Vladimir Putin: I very much hope that we have turned this page

There was no crisis in interstate relations between Russia and Azerbaijan, despite the tragic events related to the death of the aircraft and passengers.
As reported by Azertag, this was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference held following the results of a state visit to Tajikistan.
The head of the Russian state emphasized that economic cooperation between the two countries continued to grow, and the tension that arose was of an emotional nature. V. Putin noted that an objective investigation of the disaster required time and significant technical work: the search for and decoding of black boxes, correlation of data from the Ministry of Defense and air traffic control services of Russia and Kazakhstan. He reported that the investigation is being completed, its results are generally clear, and cooperation with Azerbaijan continues in all areas - in logistics, industry and the humanitarian sphere.
"I very much hope that we have turned this page, will move forward and will develop our contacts without any complications," Vladimir Putin stated.
