US Intelligence: Iran Still Possesses Significant Military Resources
Tehran has managed to preserve significant military potential, including thousands of missiles, drones, and a large portion of its Air Force and Navy.
This was reported by NBC News, citing data from U.S. intelligence agencies.
As noted, this assessment diverges from claims made by Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth about the weakening of the Islamic Republic's military power. According to U.S. intelligence agencies' assessment, Iran retains "more than half of its Air Force assets," and in addition, "more than half of the Navy's specialized vessels remain intact."
NBC News also recalls that last week, the head of the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency, James Adams, told lawmakers that the Islamic Republic possesses "thousands of missiles and kamikaze drones."
