Trump named condition for imposing sanctions against Russia

Trump stated that he is ready to impose serious sanctions against Russia if NATO countries follow his example, as well as stop purchasing oil from the Russian Federation.
The White House head wrote about this on the social network Truth Social.
"I am ready to impose serious sanctions against Russia when all NATO countries agree and start doing the same, and when all NATO countries stop buying oil from Russia. As you know, NATO's commitment to victory has been much less than 100%, and the purchase of Russian oil by some has been shocking! This significantly weakens your negotiating position and your strength regarding Russia," the American leader's publication, called a letter to all NATO countries and the world, states.
"In any case, I am ready to 'start' when you are ready. Just tell me - when?", the US president wrote.
He added that this step, as well as the introduction by NATO "as a group" of 50-100% tariffs on goods from China, which will be completely removed after the end of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, will also provide significant help in ending "this deadly but absurd war".
"China has strong control and even power over Russia, and these powerful tariffs will destroy that power," Trump wrote.
He added that his efforts are aimed at saving thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives:
"This is not Trump's war (it would never have started if I were president!)...<...>... I am here only to help stop it and save thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives (just last week 7,118 people died. Madness!). If NATO does as I say, the war will end quickly, and all these lives will be saved! Otherwise, you are just wasting my time, as well as the time, energy, and money of the United States".
