Three people killed in attack on police station in Iran
In the city of Melikshah in the Iranian province of Ilam, protesters attacked one of the police stations.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Fars agency, an armed clash occurred, resulting in three people dead.
According to Mehr agency, one law enforcement officer and two protesters were killed. It is noted that several more people were wounded.
Earlier, several local media reported the death of three people during nationwide protests in Iran.
Note that the Islamic Republic has been experiencing the largest protests in three years for several days now due to inflation and the record devaluation of the national currency against the dollar.
