Moscow rejects any pretexts for demanding a ceasefire or a break on the battlefield.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov in a comment to "Channel One".
"If it's about creating a pretext for demanding a ceasefire, a break, or a pause at the front, then this will not work, naturally," emphasized the Kremlin representative, commenting on Vladimir Zelensky's idea of holding a territorial referendum in Ukraine.
