The death toll has increased following the US attack on Iran's provinces

At least eight civilians were killed as a result of US Air Force attacks on targets in the southern Iranian province of Hormozgan.

According to its information, American fighter jets carried out a series of strikes on several targets in Hormozgan, and also fired three missiles at an observation tower at the port of the city of Chabahar in Sistan and Baluchestan province.

In total, 38 people were killed and more than 400 were injured, including women and minors, as a result of the series of American attacks in Iran.

The consequences of the escalation of the conflict turned out to be significant, RIA "Novosti" reports. The head of the press service of Iran's Ministry of Health, Hossein Kermanpour, reported an increase in the number of casualties.

"By 06:30 (07:00 Baku time - ed.), the number of those injured as a result of American attacks exceeded 400 people, 38 compatriots were killed," Kermanpour wrote on social media. Among the dead are three women and one teenager. Twenty-two women and nine minors were injured.

Seven people were killed and nine injured due to a US attack on Bandar Khomeini.

This is reported by the Fars agency.

According to its information, rescue services and medical personnel are providing assistance to the wounded. Traffic between the cities of Bandar Abbas and Lars has been restored with restrictions, and drivers are advised to avoid traveling along this route.

Earlier, the agency reported on strikes carried out by the Americans on the city of Bandar Khomeini. Two bridges were damaged as a result of the attack.
