Netanyahu: Iran is restoring ballistic missile production
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Iran is restoring its ballistic missile production.
As reported by BAKU.WS, on Fox News, the head of the Jewish state's government was asked how far, in his estimation, the Islamic republic has advanced in restoring its potential regarding ballistic missile production and nuclear program.
"We have significantly set them back in both areas, but they will try," he said. Netanyahu claimed that after the Iranian nuclear facility in "Fordow was destroyed," Tehran is trying to restore its nuclear program "at other facilities." "They are also trying to restore their ballistic missile production facility," the prime minister expressed his view, adding that Tehran "has returned to production."
On the night of June 13, Israel began a military operation against Iran. The Republic carried out a retaliatory attack. The US entered the conflict on June 22, striking Iranian nuclear facilities in Isfahan, Natanz, and Fordow. The next day, Iran attacked Al Udeid, the largest US air base in the Middle East, in Qatar. After this, US President Donald Trump announced that Israel and Iran had agreed to establish a ceasefire. It came into effect on June 24.
