Media: Iran launches medium-range "Sajil" missile in combat conditions for the first time

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, elite units of the Iranian armed forces) has officially confirmed the first combat use of the two-stage medium-range ballistic missile "Sajil".

According to information distributed by the Tasnim agency, Iranian military launched three such missiles at Israeli territory during a recent operation.

This is the first instance of Iran using this type of weapon in actual combat conditions, marking a new stage in the development of the country's missile program.
