The buyer of "Lukoil's" foreign assets is Gunvor.
As BAKU.WS reports, this was announced by the Russian company.
Gunvor will buy LUKOIL International GmbH - a subsidiary of the company that owns "Lukoil's" foreign assets.
The company "accepted the offer, committing not to negotiate with other potential buyers".
"Lukoil" announced plans to sell its foreign assets on October 27 against the backdrop of US sanctions. They will take effect from November 21.
