Iran named the condition for resuming negotiations with the US
Iran will not negotiate with the United States until Washington accepts Tehran's conditions.
This was written by the head of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy, Ebrahim Azizi, on his page on the social network X.
"No negotiations. Until Iran's conditions are accepted, negotiations are meaningless," Azizi stated.
At the end of August, the United States launched an operation against Iran called "Economic Pariah." Its goal is the financial isolation of the Islamic Republic. Washington intends to cut off Tehran's sources of revenue and is threatening secondary sanctions against organizations from third countries that continue to cooperate with Iran, including purchasing and transporting Iranian oil.
On September 1, the U.S. delivered a new series of strikes against Iran. According to the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), American forces struck "Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) facilities, including air defense positions, radar systems, maritime assets and infrastructure, mine-laying equipment, as well as communications nodes."
