"I just spoke with President Trump, he said you will soon find out what the response will be to the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh and to the killing of American servicemembers," she wrote on the social network X. "He also told me that he does not consider it necessary to send troops [into Iran]," the journalist added.
As reported by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense, the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh was attacked by two drones, and a fire broke out on the diplomatic mission's grounds.
According to Fox News journalist Jennifer Griffin, no one was injured in the incident, as there were no people in the building.
