ChatGPT will be implemented in Kazakhstan's schools
Kazakhstan has signed a memorandum with American company OpenAI, according to which Kazakhstani teachers will receive access to ChatGPT Edu - a special version of ChatGPT for educational institutions.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, this was announced by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan.
"According to the agreement, educators in Kazakhstan will receive access to ChatGPT Edu - a special version of ChatGPT for educational institutions. This tool is designed for widespread use in education and provides access to the most advanced OpenAI models with a high level of security, data protection, and administrative control," the statement says.
In accordance with the memorandum, over the next three years, OpenAI will provide at least 165 thousand licenses annually for educators in Kazakhstan. This will allow the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process and improve digital literacy of education workers.
The ministry emphasized that the agreement was an important step towards integrating AI solutions into the national education system and laid the foundation for a long-term partnership with OpenAI.
