In the capital of Armenia, Yerevan, the head of the chancellery of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, has been detained.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced on social media by lawyer Arsen Babayan.
According to the lawyer, A. Khachatryan was detained by National Security Service officers in the building of the Investigative Committee.
