An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 struck the Turkish province of Balıkesir.
According to Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority, the epicenter of the tremors was located in the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir province.
The earthquake was recorded at 21:22 local time (coinciding with Baku time - editor's note). The hypocenter was at a depth of 10.55 kilometers.
