Actress Catherine O'Hara called emergency services before her death. She was urgently hospitalized on Friday when she experienced breathing difficulties.

Actor Macaulay Culkin, who played Kevin in the "Home Alone" films, published a touching post in her memory.

"Mom. I thought we had more time. I wanted more. I wanted to sit next to you... I had so much more to say. I love you. See you again," Culkin wrote on Instagram.

The actor attached a collage of two photos to the post: one from the filming of the cult comedy, and the other a joint photo taken many years later.
