Endocrinologist Maxim Kuznetsov said that one of the most common breakfast options is extremely harmful to health.

According to the specialist, the most harmful breakfast is considered to be one that includes three to four sources of fats. As an example, he mentioned fried eggs with bacon or other meat products cooked in oil. "This is just a plate of fat," the doctor noted.
Kuznetsov explained that such a breakfast contributes to increased cholesterol levels and creates additional strain on the cardiovascular system. According to his recommendation, the morning meal should contain only one source of fats, as well as vegetables, which can be supplemented with black bread.
