Favorite dishes that turn into poison if eaten hot

Many of us prefer to eat food while it's still steaming - it seems tastier that way. However, nutrition experts warn: some common dishes can be dangerous for health if consumed while hot.
1. Potatoes
Freshly boiled potatoes at high temperatures can produce acrylamide - a toxic substance that forms during frying or baking. This is especially true for potatoes cooked at temperatures above 120°C. It's better to let potatoes cool down a bit before serving.
2. Mushrooms
Mushrooms contain proteins that, when heated strongly, can transform into substances capable of causing digestive disorders. Specialists advise against reheating mushrooms and eating them too hot.
3. Spinach and beetroot
Vegetables rich in nitrates, such as spinach and beetroot, can convert these substances into nitrites and nitrosamines - potentially carcinogenic compounds - when heated. Reheating is especially dangerous.
4. Eggs
Eggs that are too hot, especially hard-boiled ones, can release sulfur and nitrogen-containing compounds that cause unpleasant digestive consequences. Nutritionists recommend letting eggs cool to a warm state.
What to do?
Doctors advise against consuming food just taken off the heat. The optimal serving temperature for most dishes is about 50-60°C. This is not only safer but also allows you to better taste the food.
