Turkey's resort area shook from a powerful earthquake

Last night, the Mediterranean coast of Turkey was shaken by an earthquake with a magnitude of 6 points.
As reported by BAKU.WS, information about this incident was distributed by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkey (AFAD).
According to the agency, the natural disaster occurred at 02:51 at night in the coastal zone of the Datça district of the Mediran region in Muğla province. The epicenter of the earthquake was located 155 kilometers from the Datça district of Muğla province, at a depth of 20.41 kilometers.
The Governor of Muğla, Idris Akbıyık, in his statement published on social media, confirmed that no negative consequences were recorded. "We continue to monitor the situation after the earthquake. So far, there have been no reports of any negative consequences," Akbıyık noted.
