ChatGPT plans to be implanted into human brain

The key idea of the development is the complete elimination of surgical intervention. The new technology does not involve implanting devices into the head.

Instead of electrodes, molecular compounds are planned to be used that can interact directly with neurons.

"Chips will connect to neurons using molecules instead of electrodes, and will transmit and receive information through ultrasound," reports Merge Labs.

According to the description, data transmission will occur using ultrasound - both for receiving information from the brain and for its reverse transmission. If the research proves successful, this approach could become the foundation for future systems where AI will be integrated into human thinking as imperceptibly and safely as possible.
