To get rid of insomnia, the specialist advised stretching your arm above your head and drawing an infinity sign with your finger. The doctor suggested repeating this movement until drowsiness appears. You should follow the imaginary line only with your eyes, without turning your head.
"This movement activates the vestibular system of the brain, which is responsible for balance and eye movement. This method helps interrupt the bustle of thoughts and regulate the nervous system, which contributes to a calmer state of mind," the specialist explained.
