Why do some trees in Azerbaijan cost 100,000 manats?

With the arrival of spring, residents of the country are actively purchasing tree saplings and ornamental plants to green their yards and gardens, which has led to an increase in demand and, consequently, prices for these products.

And how much does the most expensive of these plants cost?

According to sellers, prices depend on their age and origin. In the market, you can even find trees that cost up to 100,000 manats.

"Prices vary depending on the shape of the plant, external attractiveness, and country of origin. Domestic trees are cheaper than those imported from Turkey or Italy. While a local pine can be purchased for 40 manats, an imported one will cost 70-150 manats," noted one of the sellers.
