Stray dogs attacked two people in Baku

Citizens living on Ali Veliyev Street in the Nizami district of Baku are complaining about stray dogs.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Xəzər TV channel, they claim that they cannot fall asleep at night due to constant barking, and during the day they are afraid to go outside.
According to local residents, the animals have already bitten one person on the arm and another on the leg.
It is noted that the dogs belong to a homeless person who lives in this area. Although he has already been asked to take measures, the situation has not changed.
The citizens state that despite multiple appeals to the relevant authorities, the problem remains unresolved.
