Sharp jump in hotel prices during holidays: where is it more profitable to relax?

Starting tomorrow, Azerbaijan will have three consecutive non-working days. Due to holidays and hot weather, many residents are heading to the country's regions for recreation.
According to BAKU.WS, there is currently a significant increase in prices for hotels, daily rental housing, and villas.
In the northern regions of Azerbaijan - Guba and Gusar - the cost of standard double rooms in hotels for June 14, 15, and 16 starts from 100 manats and reaches 500 manats. If breakfast is included in the price, and the hotel offers an indoor pool, spa, and other services, prices can be even higher.
In the most popular areas - Lankaran, Astara, and Lerik, prices for daily rental housing have increased by 80-100 manats compared to previous days. Houses that were previously offered for 150-180 manats now cost up to 250 manats.
Families looking for more comfort for their vacation prefer villas with swimming pools, which also contributes to price increases. In the Astara region, a villa with a pool is offered for approximately 300-500 manats per day.
In popular tourist areas of Sheki and Shamakhi, hotels and rental housing have also significantly increased prices for the holidays. Villas in the city of Sheki, which on regular weekdays rent for 200 manats, are now offered for 350-400 manats. In Shamakhi hotels, the price increase ranges from 80 to 150 manats.
In some well-known hotels, the minimum cost of accommodation for one night starts from 250 manats, and in luxury rooms, this amount can exceed 500 manats.
Due to consecutive days off and the end of the school year, families are particularly eager to take advantage of the opportunity for recreation. Travel agencies and online rental platforms report that they receive approximately 2-3 times more inquiries during these days.
It's worth noting that the influx to the regions is also felt in transportation. Traffic jams are observed on the main highways leaving Baku - Baku-Guba, Baku-Shamakhi, Baku-Astara. Bus tickets are practically sold out in advance.
