The net profit of OJSC "Azer-Turk Bank" grew by 50%, exports of LLC "Azeraluminium" – by 46%, and exports of LLC "Agrarian-Industrial Complex Azerpambig" – by more than 75%.

OJSC "Azer-Turk Bank", LLC "Azeraluminium" and LLC "Agrarian-Industrial Complex Azerpambig", managed by the Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), demonstrated significant growth in key financial, production and export indicators in the first half of 2026.

During the reporting period, the net profit of Azer-Turk Bank increased by 50% and reached 10.3 million manats, the revenue from core operations of Azeraluminium grew by 41%, exceeding 165 million manats, and exports of aluminum products increased by 46%, exceeding 98 million US dollars. The export volume of Azerpambig increased by 75.26% compared to the same period last year, reaching 34 million US dollars.

The growth in key indicators reflects the positive impact of measures implemented at enterprises managed by AIH aimed at increasing operational efficiency, strengthening financial sustainability, expanding export potential and developing high value-added business areas.

The key financial indicators of Azer-Turk Bank increased in the first six months of 2026. The bank's net profit grew by 50% to 10.3 million manats, while operating profit increased by 30% to 15.3 million manats.

By the end of the reporting period, the bank's assets exceeded 2 billion manats, the loan portfolio amounted to more than 828 million manats, and the deposit portfolio stood at 1.5 billion manats. Capital increased by 14.5 million manats, reaching 128.5 million manats.

Along with financial results, the bank's activities in sustainable banking and green finance received international recognition. Azer-Turk Bank was awarded the Capital Finance International "Green Banking Sustainability Pioneer in Azerbaijan 2026" award (CFI.co).

The bank also served as an official partner of the IFBS 2026 forum, contributing to regional financial integration, and implemented new initiatives in education, human capital development, social responsibility and energy efficiency financing.

"Azeraluminium": significant growth in exports and profit

In the first half of 2026, Azeraluminium demonstrated strong dynamics in financial and export indicators.

The company's revenue grew by 41%, exceeding 165 million manats, and EBITDA reached 41 million manats. The enterprise's profitability increased by 151% compared to the same period last year.

Exports of aluminum products grew by 46%, exceeding 98 million US dollars. The company ranks among the top four largest state exporters of non-oil products. The fact that more than 95% of manufactured products are exported to foreign markets underscores the role of Azeraluminium in expanding Azerbaijan's non-oil exports and strengthening the position of local industrial products in international markets.

Established in 2018, the enterprise has to date produced more than 400 thousand tons of products and exported goods worth more than 1.8 billion manats.
