The Olive Festival opening ceremony was held in Baku
The Olive Festival opened in the Seaside National Park in Baku on October 24.
Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Anar Alakbarov, Chairman of the State Tourism Agency Fuad Nagiyev, and Chairman of the Board of the Seaside Boulevard Administration Khanlar Agalarov visited the pavilions showcasing olives and olive products from various producers.
The main goal of the festival is to popularize Azerbaijan's ancient olive-growing traditions, to present and support local producers, as well as to contribute to the formation of a national brand in this sector.
At the festival, which will continue on October 25, various entertainment programs and concerts by pop stars are being organized throughout the day.
