Rain is expected in several regions of Azerbaijan

In some regions of Azerbaijan, precipitation is expected on April 22-24, predominantly at night and in the evening.

This was reported by the National Hydrometeorological Service.

According to the information, short-term heavy rainfall and hail are expected in the Gazakh-Ganja, Balakyan-Sheki, and Central Aran regions, while snow is possible in high mountainous areas.

Due to the precipitation, water levels in rivers are expected to rise, with the possibility of short-term floods and mudflows in some rivers flowing through the Greater and Lesser Caucasus territories.

Gusty eastern winds will intensify in some areas.
