New metro station: all construction details

Currently, installation of ventilation systems, escalators, elevators, and other equipment is underway at the station with the project name "B-04" on the Purple Line.

This was reported by the press service of CJSC "Baku Metro" in response to a request from BAKU.WS.

"Currently, work on the main construction phase continues at the station with the project name "B-04" on the Purple Line. In parallel, issues of basic equipment are being addressed, and installation of equipment and infrastructure systems, including ventilation, escalators, elevators, and other devices, continues. The completion of construction work is planned for 2026," the statement says.

It is noted that according to the State Program for improving transport infrastructure in Baku and adjacent territories for 2025-2030, the construction of 10 stations is planned, of which 6 will be located on the Purple Line and 4 on the Green Line.
