Fatty acids found in butter - product removed from sale

Employees of the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA) during monitoring identified a discrepancy in the composition of Fermazza butter with 82% fat content, produced by CJSC Azza-Aqro. Laboratory studies showed the presence of plant sterols (stigmasterol, campesterol, beta-sitosterol) in the butter, as well as a discrepancy in the fatty acid composition.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the FSAA.
Note that the products claim to use pasteurized cream obtained from natural cow's milk, however, the detection of added vegetable oil in the actual composition leads to consumer deception and violation of their rights.
Restrictive measures have been taken against the unscrupulous manufacturer - the batch of falsified product has been withdrawn from circulation and recalled from retail chains. The entrepreneur has been held administratively liable, and mandatory prescriptions have been issued.
