Dangerous parasites found in imported chicken from Russia.
Frozen chicken skin imported from Russia has been found to be non-compliant with quality standards.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this information was disseminated by the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA).
According to the report, in a batch of frozen chicken skin weighing 1.3 tons, imported by "Frozen Products" company from Russia (produced by "Chicken Kingdom" enterprise, production and expiration dates: 30.03.2025 - 26.09.2025), parasitological studies revealed non-compliance (sarcocystidia).
In connection with the identified violations, appropriate measures were taken, and an appeal was sent to the competent authorities in Russia to suspend the export of this product.
