Are residents of a building scheduled for demolition in Baku being relocated to a hazardous structure?

Residents of the building located at: Baku, Nizami district, Ordubadi street, 7, express dissatisfaction regarding eviction and accuse the management of the Orbita housing cooperative of illegal actions.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Baku TV, citizens claim that they should be paid 600 manats as rent, but instead they are being relocated to emergency buildings on Chobanzade street.
"The Ministry of Emergency Situations declared those buildings as emergency. They are sending us there because they don't want to pay for rent. It turns out that I, along with my children and grandchildren, should live in a house that could collapse?" - stated one of the residents.
The chief consultant of the company on relocation issues, Sohrab Ahmedov, denied citizens' statements that they are being offered unsuitable housing.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a technical inspection of the dormitory building on Ordubadi street confirmed its emergency condition. Apartment owners have been offered several compensation options: receiving additional living space (36 sq.m) in a building under construction with payment of the difference, a one-time payment of 45,000 manats, or construction of a private house in Zabrat settlement.
Residents were also informed that the demolition of houses in this area is scheduled for April 4.
